Mike from Simply Leak Detection is a water locating guru! He did identify one of our leaks with incredible accuracy and in a short amount of time. All this on a very warm day and up a seriously crazy incline…Mike also shared that sometimes, as in our case, there can be a 2nd leak that might not be identified. Because our water line was in a terrible tangle of massive tree systems, this wasn’t shocking to us because of the fact that Mike shared that possibility with us upfront. And while the price seemed scary to us; based on our own research and our plumbers know-how, Simply Leak Detection is very fair priced for this service. Mike was also just a really nice human being to work with. When unable to find the second leak, we were able to call Mike and talk over some more about what our next move should be.
