Leaks can become even more expensive with regards to their impact on base sewer rates. Many cities will assess sewer rates based on metered water use. The premise is that water in equals water out (sewer). A hidden leak can greatly increase your base sewer fees.
Freely call me if you have questions or if you suspect there is a water pipe leak hiding somewhere beneath your property. I’d love to help you find it.
